This is a direct replacement for theSASA 412 or 3412 tank. Normally our tanks are the porcelain tank portion only, but this one is a complete set including the tank, tank lid,trip lever, fill valve, flush valve, flapper, and bolts. Simply unhook your old tank, put this one in place (careful not to overtighten the bolts and crack the new tank), and hook the water supply back up and you are good to go. This is easier and more economical than replacing the entire bowl.
