Milwaukee EXACT™ #2 Copper 12T U-Style Die

PRECISION ENGINEERED CONDUCTOR COMPRESSION

In high-load industrial environments, the difference between a secure connection and a thermal failure lies in the precision of the crimp. The Milwaukee 49-12-U002C 2/0 AWG Cu EXACT 12T U-Style Die is designed specifically for professionals utilizing the M18 FORCE LOGIC system. Engineered to produce cULus classified terminations that exceed UL 486A-B standards, this die provides industrial electricians with the confidence of mechanical consistency and the efficiency of a streamlined inspection process. Each die is 100% serialized and measured, ensuring every compression cycle meets the exacting tolerances required for mission-critical electrical infrastructure.

• / Permanent Size Imprinting: Features automated size stamping that imprints “2/0 AWG” directly into the copper connector, allowing for rapid, permanent identification by code inspectors.
• / High-Visibility Color Coding: Utilizes industry-standard color designations for immediate identification in the field, preventing selection errors and speeding up production.
• / Stainless Steel Construction: Built with a premium stainless steel finish to withstand corrosive jobsite environments while maintaining precise geometric tolerances over thousands of cycles.
• / Exact Alignment Markers: Includes center alignment lines that allow for perfect terminal positioning, ensuring uniform pressure distribution across the lug barrel.
• / Quality Control Traceability: 100% serialized and measured for accuracy, providing the highest level of quality assurance for critical power distribution systems.
