Manufacturer: AMERICAN STANDARD Lid P/N: 4049 Lid Size: 20.875″ x 8.25″ Tank P/N: 4049 Tank Size: 20.25″ x 7.75″ Toilet Model: CADET or NEW COMPTON or PLEBE
Note: This tank lid has a small 1/2″ diameter hole in the middle of the top. We are not positive but believe the hole is used for some kind of locking mechanism. It will function perfectly fine if you don’t have the locking mechanism, you will just have an open hole in the top of the tank.
