Aervoe® Wet Coat is a fast-drying paint with a high percentage of solids and pigments. Specially formulated for use in wet and/or rainy conditions. Penetrates deep into pores of lumber. Mixes with the water (from the wet wood) and allows paint to penetrate the surface. As the solvents evaporate from the paint, the resin forms a film. While this film is formed, Wet Coat displaces the remaining moisture as it penetrates and adheres to the wood. A hi-visibility mark that will withstand subsequent and continued immersion in water is left behind.
